How realistic do your artificial plants actually look?
Our products are designed by horticulturists with years of experience in the live plant industry. We use high-quality materials and 'Real Touch' technology to ensure our silk plants and trees mimic the texture, color, and natural imperfections of their living counterparts.
Do I need to assemble my tree or plant upon arrival?
Most of our items arrive fully assembled. However, larger trees may require minimal assembly of the trunk and branches. To achieve the fullest look, we recommend 'shaping' or 'fluffing' the foliage once you unpack your item to restore its intended silhouette.
Can I use Nearly Natural products outdoors?
While many of our items are designed for indoor use, we offer a specific collection of UV-resistant outdoor plants. These are specially treated to withstand sunlight and weather conditions without fading. Please check the product description for the 'Indoor/Outdoor' designation.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your greenery. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
How do I clean and maintain my artificial plants?
Maintenance is simple. We recommend dusting your plants once a month with a feather duster or a soft, dry cloth. For silk arrangements, a specialized silk plant cleaning spray can help maintain the luster without damaging the fabric.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
